What happens if my flight is delayed?Our taxi center is connected to the Airport, Port and Train Station, so if your trip is delayed, don't worry, our taxi drivers will be waiting for you upon arrival and no additional charge will be made for the delay.

Is it possible to cancel my reservation?There is no problem in canceling the reservation as long as it is done 24 hours in advance. Let us know through the contact form and we will confirm by email that your reservation has been canceled.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?The answer is yes, you will have to pay a security deposit of 50%, for the inconvenience caused to our tourist attraction partners.

Why does a supplier cancel my reservation?If your reservation has been canceled due to weather, unfortunately we cannot predict the weather, and our suppliers can cancel the reservation the same day.
